Team Telecom Armenia had already begun moving toward a more systematic and in depth approach to performance evaluation. However, to fully realize this vision, the company needed more than just forms and cycles. It needed:

  • A platform that can adapt to its organizational structure
  • A more structured and transparent way to evaluate performance
  • Clear links between individual goals and strategic objectives
  • A unified system for defining, tracking, and executing company strategy

The goal was to move from fragmented processes toward a connected, strategy led approach to people and performance.
