Without it, the platform cannot function as a system.
Active employees are users who have access to login and perform their respective functions granted by permissions in Spark.work during a billing period.
Passive employees are company employees managed by active employees, with no access to login or self-service capabilities.
They remain in the system for record-keeping and visibility but do not actively use Spark.work.
Active employees are billed at $3 per month.
Passive employees are billed at $1 per month.
